Michael Meanwell

Michael Meanwell is a published author and novelist, and founder of Meanwell, a center for personal empowerment.

Michael has been writing professionally for more than 25 years. He began freelancing at 17, wrote his first novel at 18, and spent his twenties as a freelance and staff journalist for various newspapers and national magazines.

In his thirties, he specialized as a marketing communications writer and has worked for large and well-known organizations as diverse as Ford, Honda, Kodak and Océ as well as PACCAR, Simplot, VDO and World Vision.

These days, Michael spends most of his time as an author and novelist. He has written a number of books including the critically-acclaimed The Enterprising Writer and The Wealthy Writer, which show how to attain a sustainable, six-figure income from commercial writing. He has also produced The Write Advice, a compendium of wisdom from the masters on the art and business of writing.

Michael’s latest work is his most ambitious ~ the first in a series of spiritual adventure novels that is soon to be published.
